Refund Policy

• A credit pack that has not been used at all can be fully refunded within 14 days of purchase.
• Once you start using a pack it can no longer be refunded; credits that have been used count as a digital service that has been delivered.
• Credits for failed edits are returned to your account automatically — you don’t need to ask.
• To request a refund, email support@editor-mate.io from the email address you used for the purchase.
• Refunds are made to the card or payment method used for the purchase and cannot be sent to a different card.
• Depending on your bank, the money takes 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
• When a pack is refunded, its remaining credits are removed from your account.
